Acceptable Use Policy

Residential IP addresses belong to real networks. To keep them clean for every customer — and to keep the Service available at all — you may use MyIPLink only for lawful purposes and only as described here.

You may not use the Service to

• commit or facilitate fraud, including payment fraud, account takeover, fake reviews, or ad and click fraud;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or operate phishing or scam pages;
• perform credential stuffing, brute-force login attempts, or any unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
• launch or take part in denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own, or distribute malware;
• access, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content;
• infringe intellectual-property rights, or harass, threaten or stalk any person;
• evade sanctions or export controls, or access services from a place where that access is unlawful;
• circumvent the security, rate limits or technical restrictions of the Service or our network providers.

Reasonable use

• Each Proxy is for use by the account it was delivered to. Reselling or sharing Proxies requires our written consent.
• Automated traffic must respect the target website's terms and applicable law, and must not degrade that website's service.

Enforcement

We investigate abuse reports and may suspend a Proxy or account immediately, without refund, when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may share information with law enforcement where required by law.

Reporting abuse

Report misuse of one of our IP addresses to zephyrstudio.hk@gmail.com with the IP address, the time (with time zone) and any evidence.
