Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data MyIPLink collects when you use MyIPLink, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed (non-reversible) password.
- Order data: what you bought, when, the amount, and a payment reference. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
- Service records: which Proxy is assigned to your account and for which period, so we can deliver, renew and support it and respond to abuse reports.
- Security logs: sign-in times and the IP address and browser used to access your account, to protect it against misuse.
We do not inspect, record or sell the content of the traffic you send through your Proxies.
How we use it
- to create your account, deliver and renew Proxies, and process payments and refunds;
- to send service emails such as delivery confirmations and expiry reminders;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email without your consent and we do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and our upstream network provider (which receives only what is needed to provision a Proxy, not your identity) — and with authorities when required by law.
Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes afterwards. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or deletion of your account by writing to zephyrstudio.hk@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, proxy credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. Please use a unique password for your account.

We will post updates to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email.
