Frequently asked questions
What is a static residential proxy?+
An IP address assigned by a real consumer internet provider (ISP) that stays the same for as long as you keep it. Websites see a normal home connection in that country, and because the address never rotates, your sessions and accounts keep a consistent identity.
Is the IP shared with other customers?+
No. Every IP we deliver is dedicated: one IP, one customer, for the whole period you pay for.
How fast is delivery?+
Automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the IP is provisioned and your credentials appear in your dashboard — usually in under a minute.
Which protocols are supported?+
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials (host:port:username:password). They work with browsers, antidetect browsers, curl, Python, Node.js and any tool that supports authenticated proxies.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium native?+
Both are native residential IPs on a 10 Mbps line. Premium native IPs additionally support UDP. Prices for both are listed per location on the pricing page.
Can I keep the same IP when my plan ends?+
Yes — renew from your dashboard before it expires and the address stays yours. Renewal closes 24 hours before expiry; after expiry the IP is released and cannot be recovered.
Is there a bandwidth or traffic limit?+
Each IP has a 10 Mbps line with no traffic cap, so you are not billed per GB.
Can I use the proxies from mainland China?+
Our upstream network does not accept connections originating from mainland China networks. Use the proxies from servers or devices outside mainland China.
What if an IP does not work?+
Contact support with your order number. If we cannot restore or replace a non-working IP within 48 hours of delivery, you get a refund for it. See the Refund Policy for details.
What can't I use the proxies for?+
Anything unlawful or abusive: fraud, spam, credential stuffing, attacks, or accessing content you are not authorised to access. Violations lead to immediate suspension without refund. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
